What was the highlight of OYO 565 Trang Hotel
Location and facility are good. But the management (especially the cleanliness) is poor.
The location is very good. Located near to the morning market, meeting market, and restaurants. The price is very valuable. It has a big carparking.
The cleanliness is very POOR. There are a lot of dust in our room, stairs, corridor, and wall. The lifts were out of order that was okay to us because it is such an accident. But the cleanliness is NOT the accident it is manageable!!! I had to bring a sweeper from my grand father house to clean the room by myself (look at the attached photo and you will understand how much dust in the floor of the room) We stay 3 nights but the staffs never add-up drinking water to our room. We had only 2 bottles during 3-night stay.

Cheap room, but with some issues.
-Price. -Location in town near nightmarket, trainstation, morningmarket. -Clean enough. -Room is big.
Cheap room booked with promotion: However, it feels that you just get a cheap room, not a promotion from 770 baht to about 380 baht. I dont mind a cheap room, but don't mention the promotion! 4th floor is hottest, old and not refurbished or repainted. 2nd floor looks better. (Airconditioner not working, hot water shower not working, no floormat out of shower area)

Very poor choice. This place should clean itself up of close down.
Central location. Friendly staff with good English. Strong wifi. Good price. Plenty of parking.
What a depressing, poorly maintained pile! Dirt in every corner of the common area and the room, no service of any kind for three days. Grubby bed base longer and wider than the mattress on it. No security. Very noisy on the street side.
